Wristbands: Your Ticket & Payment Method in One

For 2025, Q-dance is once again going all-in with the iconic Defqon.1 wristbands. Here’s how it works:

• Your wristband is your entrance ticket and cashless payment method at the festival.
• Only the main booker will receive the wristbands and is responsible for distributing them to their group.
• Shipping address confirmations have been or will be sent out via email.
• Once received, activate your wristband via the official Defqon.1 app.
• Pro tip: Take a clear photo of the back of your wristband in case it gets lost.
• Do not wear your wristband before arriving at the festival.
• Didn’t receive it? Head to the Bracelet Pick-up Desk with your ID and e-ticket.
• Unused credits will be automatically refunded after the event.

Ticket Reselling: How It Works in 2025

Due to the wristband distribution system, Ticketswap and third-party resales are not possible this year. But Q-dance has provided a secure alternative:

Official Resale via Waiting List

• The official resale waiting list opens on Monday, April 7 and runs through June 2025.
• Once listed, your ticket becomes available to other fans. If someone claims it, the transfer happens automatically.
• New owners will receive a newly shipped wristband.
• Buyers can request specific ticket types (Friday, Saturday, Weekend, etc.).
• When a match is found, you’ll receive an email and have 72 hours to complete the purchase.

Selling to a Friend or Family Member?

• A name change option is available if you’re transferring your ticket to someone you know.
• Available starting May 2 via the “Manage Your Booking” link in your Paylogic confirmation email.

Note: Being on the waiting list does not guarantee ticket availability, so act fast when notified!

Sunday Funday: Let’s Make It a HardQrew Tradition

Last year, more than 60 of us dressed as Minions and took over Sunday Funday – absolute scenes! This year, we’re keeping the tradition alive with a brand-new group theme.

Toy Story Aliens – fun, easy, and affordable!
Want to dress as a different Toy Story character? Go for it!

Not feeling the theme? No problem. Drop your suggestions in the HardQrew WhatsApp community chat. We’ll vote via poll mid-April!
